What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Our refund and returns policy is if you are not completely satisfied with your
Me-O-My product, then you can send it back within
10 days of purchase for
a refund or exchange. We cannot give refunds or returns on personalized orders.
We cannot accept items that have been washed or used. Please call for an
authorization number before returning items.

Can I phone in my order?
You can phone in orders. Contact details are separately specified for you.
We ship via Priority Mail for $6.95/order.

Can I order something and have it shipped to a different address?
You can have items shipped to a different address. Just provide the ship to address
information in the order form

When will my Me-O-My items be shipped?
The items you order will be shipped within 7 to 10 days. You will be notified if
for some reason you item cannot be shipped in this time period.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes you will receive an order confirmation. We will send it to you within 24 hours
of purchase time. Please be sure to include you e-mail address on your order form.

Are all Me-O-My items in stock?
Most of our items are in stock. During peak season there may be small delay.
Your order is very special to us and in some cases it's one of a kind.

Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes you may pay by check or money order. Checks will be held approximately
5 business days until the check has cleared. Send checks or money orders to:

What are your products made out of?
We use the highest quality fabric available especially for our silk blankets.

Can you custom make something that I don't see on your web site?
Yes, we can custom make items. Just e-mail us or give us a call and we will be
glad to discuss a custom order.

Do you offer gift cards?
We do offer gift cards. Just include the message you want on the card in the
message box on the order form.

What are the washing instructions?
We recommend that all our blankets are washed in warm water cycle and
dried at low heat. Dry cleaning is also acceptable.

Do you accept orders outside of the continental United States?
Items are only shipped in the United States of America, including Hawaii
and Alaska. Please e-mail us and we will try to accommodate your request.
